Flakey scalp?

So Charlie has cradle cap. Not exactly what I expected to have to battle. It isn't obvious and isn't causing her discomfort, her scalp is just overproducing oils which cause a build up. I did not expect a miracle but I was hoping I would see an improvement.

I was going through our inventory when I remembered the ecostore lavender baby shampoo and thought I'd give it a go.  I put a small blob of the shampoo on her head and began rubbing it into her little baby hairs (so far so good). She was pretty relaxed with the whole experience and washing it off resulted in no tears at all -  the product didn't mention "no more tears", so I was a little scared she would start screaming as the soapy water dripped down her face. There was literally nothing.

We bathe every other day and we use the ecostore baby shampoo every second bath time and the results are wonderful. I wish I had got a 'before' picture to show you, but take my word the result is obvious, even after a few washes.

For those who have babies with cradle cap, I recommend either swapping out the shampoo you use or trying a natural shampoo with less oil. Remember to also brush babies hair after each wash, to produce natural oils that help the hair grow healthy and strong.
